William Barlow

William ("Bill") Barlow is a Web3 entrepreneur and crypto lawyer. Bill worked for a top Wall Street law firm before co-founding Barlow & Williams, a boutique corporate law firm. Bill has a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Ephraim Olson

Ephraim Olson is a Web3 entrepreneur and the managing partner of a law firm specializing in tax planning and formation strategy of crypto/blockchain projects. Ephraim has a J.D. from Harvard and an LLM in taxation from NYU.

James David Williams

James David Williams is a Web3 entrepreneur and managing partner of a law firm specializing in representing early-stage technology, blockchain companies, mergers and acquisitions. James David has a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School.

Isaiah Olson

Isaiah is a software engineer and entrepreneur. Isaiah has worked on several start ups and built several highly scalable systems in both web2 and web3 technologies. Isaiah has a B.S. in Economics.


D. Scott Robinson

Scott Robinson is a tax attorney with an entrepreneurial heart who focuses his law practice on trust and estate planning, tax planning, asset protection planning, trust and estate administration, and closely-held business planning.
Scott carries an AV® Preeminent™ rating and is known for his innovative and creative thinking. Scott thrives on complexity and is often called upon by fellow tax and trust and estate attorneys and other tax professionals to find solutions to the “can’t be done” problems. Scott received a B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Southern Utah University in 1998, J.D. in 2002 and M.B.A. in 2003 from University of Wyoming and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver in 2009. Scott has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the United States District Courts of Wyoming and Colorado and is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Wyoming.

June Barlow

June Babiracki Barlow is the lead attorney and a senior manager of a real estate trade association. With more than forty years' experience as a lawyer in the industry, she has overseen many transitions to different models for residential real estate transactions
including the transformation to electronic forms and legal issues involving many transitions of multiple listing services. She oversees a legal department of over 30 lawyers that provides legal support and development for an extensive library of over 200 standard real estate forms, model documents and training. In addition to authoring and contributing to over 150 amicus briefs on real estate related matters in litigation she has also consulted on legislation and overseen major implementations of laws and cases relating to real estate.

Ray Laracuenta

Ray is the CEO of Catalyze Software, a Wyoming based software development company focused on blockchain based applications. Ray is an expert in blockchain technology selection, ecosystem assessment and the practical application of web3 technologies.
He leads a team building an application known as, a web3 alternative to Discord and has drafted a blockchain app litepaper including market assessment, technical road map and tokenomics model. Prior to Catalyze, Ray was at Garner Inc., where he led teams engaged in strategy, governance, AI, operational IT and risk management.
